Where your conversations go
Ensavo has no accounts, no cookies and no tracking. Our server stores nothing — it only passes requests through to the providers below.
Stored on your device only
- Your practice history, scores and star ratings
- Custom scenarios you create
- PDF attempt numbers, the double-evaluation setting and your language choice
This lives in your browser's local storage. Clearing your browser data, or "Clear history" on the Progress page, deletes it.
Sent to third parties
OpenAI (via Lovable AI Gateway)
The scenario setup and every message of the conversation, to generate the counterpart's replies and the coaching feedback report.
Every conversation and every evaluation (twice with double evaluation).
ElevenLabs
The text of the AI counterpart's replies, to turn them into speech. Your own words are not sent.
Voice mode only.
Your browser's speech recognition (e.g. Google for Chrome, Apple for Safari)
Your microphone audio, to convert speech into text. This is handled by the browser vendor, not by Ensavo.
Voice mode only, while the microphone is active.
These providers may process data outside the EU. Please don't enter real names, health details or confidential company information in practice conversations. Prefer text mode if you don't want your voice processed.
